Ca' Salvioni was built around 1550 by the Cubli family, who were wealthy
Greek merchants at the time. The architecture is attributed to Jacopo Sansovino,
a follower of Michelangelo.
During the 17th century the fortunes of the Cubli changed and the palazzo passed to the Salvioni family.
Throughout the 18th century Ca' Salvioni was embellished with beautiful
stucco and paintings that have survived for your enjoyment today.
Ca' Salvioni has been restored by the current owners with the greatest
care to preserve its antiquities while enhancing your comfort with all
modern conveniences.
